SUNDEV HOMES Ltd. is a custom home builder in the resort style Sunset Lakes Developments communities that are located in Greely. While SUNDEV is newly registered, our expertise in home building is built upon decades of experience.

We have been off to a fantastic start, first designing & constructing the Sunset Lakes Developments Sales Office and then proceeding to build two beautiful model homes (which have SOLD) in Greely's newest waterfront community - Lakewood Trails.

We pride ourselves on the quality of products used & the people working within our company. We continue to work with local trades where possible in order to support the community with and for our neighbors.
